We specialize in aftermarket suspension systems, drivetrain upgrades, and performance modifications for enthusiasts who demand the best. As our business grows, we’re looking for skilled, detail-oriented technicians to join our team.

What We Do

We design and build expedition vehicles engineered for demanding use. We do not accept mediocre industry standards or rushed installs. We refine, improve, and integrate systems properly—often exceeding even vendor-recommended methods when necessary.

We anticipate how our clients will actually use their vehicles and build accordingly.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced Specialists in one or more of the following areas:

  • Suspension systems

  • Electrical systems and integration

  • Drivetrain and mechanical systems

  • Accessory installation and system integration

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years hands-on professional experience

  • 10+ years preferred

This role is not entry-level. We are looking for individuals who already possess deep mechanical understanding and want to apply it at a higher standard.

You understand how one overlooked detail can compromise an entire build. You do not rush through installs. You think in systems, not parts.

You care about how the vehicle performs months and years after it leaves the shop.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute high-level installations within your specialty

  • Integrate systems cleanly and reliably into full-vehicle builds

  • Maintain meticulous standards in routing, torque, fitment, and finish

  • Identify weaknesses in standard methods and propose improvements

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive system performance
